An attorney and member of the Pomeranian Bar Chamber. He co-founded Marko&Fopke and has run his own practice since 2022, specialising in criminal law, criminal procedure and the protection of human rights.
He combines legal practice with academic work – he is a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk, where he has worked since 2019. His research centres on European criminal law and the protection of fundamental rights within EU law.
He acts for suspects, defendants and victims at every stage of the proceedings – from the first steps, through the trial, to enforcement of the sentence. He is committed to a personal approach and to explaining each client's legal position clearly.
